Sault Ste. Marie Riverfest 5K 2025

Enjoy a 5K run or walk along the scenic Riverside Drive to celebrate the Sault Ste. Marie Riverfest on Saturday, August 16, 2025. The race starts and finishes near the outhouse on the north side of the kid's fishing pond at Rotary Island Park. The flat and fast out-and-back course features an aid station near the halfway mark at Charles T. Harvey Marina.

Packet pickup is available early on Friday from 4-7 pm at Birds Eye Outfitters (107 E Portage Ave, SSM, MI 49783) and on race day from 7 am to 8:15 am near the start/finish. The race begins at 9:00 am.

- Flat, fast out-and-back course along Riverside Drive
- Start/finish near the outhouse on the north side of the kid's fishing pond at Rotary Island Park
