The Leading Edge Physiotherapy RunWild is an annual event held in St. Albert, Alberta, celebrating its 14th year in 2025. It offers a variety of races for all levels, including a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and the WildOnes Kids MaraFun.

The event features a vibrant Race Village with a kids' fun zone, live entertainment, food, and beverages. Virtual race options are also available, making it inclusive for participants everywhere.
