The Raymond James Father's Day Walk/Run for Prostate Cancer is a family-friendly 3 km or 5 km event held annually on Father's Day to support the Island Prostate Centre. Since 2003, it has attracted over 7,000 participants and raised more than $1.4 million to provide free programs and services for men and families facing prostate cancer.
Participants can choose to walk or run along a safe, quiet route through Vancouver Island Technology Park and surrounding trails. The event is stroller and pet-friendly, includes a pancake breakfast in the registration fee, and offers on-site registration starting at 8:00 AM with the event beginning at 10:00 AM.
