The Peninsula Runners Langley Summer-Fall 2025 Half Marathon and Marathon Clinic, known as the 301 group, is a comprehensive training program to prepare runners for the Royal Victoria Half and Full Marathon on October 12, 2025. Established in 2001, Peninsula Runners has a rich history of supporting runners of all abilities with weekly runs and workouts.
The program features Saturday long runs at 7:00 AM, Wednesday workouts at 5:15 PM or 6:00 PM, and a powerwalking group meeting on Saturdays and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. Participants should be able to run at least 40 minutes for half marathon or 60 minutes for full marathon to join the training effectively.
