The Mizuno Midsummer 5k, presented by Smith Thompson Law LLP, is an annual event celebrating its 15th year in 2025. It offers both in-person and virtual participation options, with proceeds supporting the Concordia Thunder XC and Indoor track teams.

Runners and walkers can take part in the 5K either in-person at Gold Bar Park or virtually. The event also features a Kids 1K Fun Run/Walk exclusively for Edmonton-based children.
