The Harvest Half Marathon began in 2000 with a few dozen participants and has since become a staple in many runners' fall racing plans. The race features a scenic course through Fish Creek Park, supported by dedicated volunteers, and offers great prizes.
Over the past 20 years, the event has raised over $715,000 for local Alberta-based charities. Since 2019, the event partners with the Epilepsy Association of Calgary, with all proceeds supporting this cause.
