Gruesome Twosome 22K, 11K, 5K & 1K 2025

The Gruesome Twosome is an annual family-friendly event held at Aldergrove Regional Park, designed to encourage running with a partner, friend, or sidekick, though individual participation is welcomed. Participants receive a finisher's medal, an event bib, finish line food, and contribute a $5 donation to BabyGoRound, alongside various fun activities.

Featuring multiple trail distances, the event offers a scenic course through rolling meadows, mixed forests, and wide dirt-packed trails with mountain and Mount Baker views. Strollers are welcome and aid stations provide water, snacks, and medical supplies throughout the race.
