Course Details
- 50K Ultra: Starts/finishes at Lightning Lake; route includes Similkameen Trail, Windy Joe Peak, Frosty Mountain summit, Skyline Trail, and Strawberry Flats; elevation gain ~2,215m.
- 27K Lightning: Shares initial route with 50K to summit then returns; elevation gain ~1,211m.
- 13K Sprint: Loop around Lightning Lake and Flash Lake; scenic and less demanding.
- Aid stations: 50K (3 water + 2 aid), 27K (2 water), 13K (1 aid at 3 km).
- Mandatory gear for 27K & 50K includes cup, 2L fluid, headlamp & spare batteries, survival blanket, whistle, 400+ calories food, waterproof jacket, long pants/shirt, hat, gloves, and GPX device.
- Recommended gear: water filter, medications, sunscreen, bug spray, extra socks, first-aid, bear spray/air horn.

- Race package pickup: Wed Sep 10 (4-6 PM, North Vancouver Running Room), Fri Sep 12 (4-7 PM, Manning Park Resort), and Sat Sep 13 (race day, from 6:15 AM).
