

Doctors Nova Scotia Youth Run 2025

Course Details
* Tiny Tot Trot: Approx. 150 meters, starts at 9:30 AM for preschool-aged children; strollers allowed (stay to the right). * 2 Kilometre Run: Starts at 10:00 AM, open to school-aged participants; strollers allowed (stay right). * 4 Kilometre Run: Starts at 10:00 AM, open to school-aged participants; strollers allowed (stay right). * Emphasis on fun and participation, all finishers receive a medal.
Race Highlights
- Register by April 24 to secure a t-shirt delivered to schools within Cape Breton Regional Municipality. Late registrations pick up at Cape Breton Health and Recreation Complex between 8:00-9:00 a.m.
- T-shirts must be worn as the outermost layer; bibs must be worn on the front.
- Safety ensured by organizers, police, security, and volunteers; one parent/guardian may accompany younger runners.
- No dogs, scooters, skateboards, or bikes permitted; strollers allowed but must remain to the right.
- Parents/guardians should arrange meet-up spots; contact details should be on the back of bibs.
- Free parking available at Cape Breton University; carpooling encouraged to reduce congestion.
