The CVRR Backyard Ultra is an annual ultra-running challenge held in Courtenay, British Columbia, where participants run a 6.706 km loop every hour starting on the hour until only one runner remains. The 2025 race will be the 6th edition held by the Comox Valley Road Runners and tests both physical endurance and mental fortitude.

The event takes place in late July and features a scenic course through forests and fields of the Comox Valley Exhibition Grounds, with a maximum of 48 laps (approximately 322 km). Camping options are available for participants the night before and during the race.
