Each June, the streets of Laval come alive with energy and determination as runners of all ages gather for the Course des pompiers de Laval. Organized in partnership with the local fire department and Fondation des pompiers du Québec, this vibrant event is infused with a spirit of solidarity and community pride. Participants are treated not only to a runner-friendly course but to the festive flair of the Grande fête des pompiers — a perfect mix of celebration and sport.
Runners can choose from a variety of race types, including options listed under Fun Run, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon, and even Team Relay. Whether you’re lacing up for your first race or going all-in with an endurance challenge, the event makes space for everyone—from youth participants to seasoned marathoners.
