Bonshaw Trail Races 2025

The Bonshaw Trail Races offer participants the opportunity to experience the captivating beauty of Bonshaw Hills and Strathgartney Provincial Parks. Runners can choose from three distances: 10km, 26km, or 52km on single-track trails, wooden bridges, and minimal pavement for a true trail running adventure.

The event emphasizes the natural beauty of Prince Edward Island and challenging trail running with steep ascents, technical descents, and scenic landscapes.

- Start/finish at Strathgartney Provincial Park near Meridian 63 cabins
- 10km Fox Den Ten features winding trails and rolling hills
- 26km Gatekeeper's course includes technical descents and steep ascents
- 52km Pendulum race is two loops of the 26km course with cutoffs
- Aid stations at start/finish, Bonshaw Parking, McKinnon Road Parking, plus an additional unmanned water station
- Trail surface with minimal pavement
