Bob Trudeau Memorial Spring Run Off 2026

The Bob Trudeau Memorial Spring Run Off 2026 takes place on March 8, 2026 in Kamloops and is organized by the Kamloops Ridge Runners. The race is an annual community road race held in memory of Bob Trudeau; club archives for past editions go back to at least 2017, and the event remains a staple on the local spring race calendar.

This is a single-day, in-person event offering certified 5 km and 10 km out-and-back courses along the Rivers Trail. Bib pickup is at 8:30 AM at Henry Grube Education Centre, the 10 km starts at 10:00 AM and the 5 km follows at 10:20 AM, with awards expected around noon. Start and finish sit at Overlanders Park, with parking, refreshments and post-race logistics staged at Henry Grube.

The race is cup-free — participants are asked to bring their own drinking cup.

Entry fees increase in staged tiers (early/through March 2, then subsequent date tiers) and Kamloops Ridge Runners members receive a $10 member discount via a code supplied to members; register through the organiser's online registration before the deadline to secure a spot.
