Bar-Ka-Koo Ultra & Relay 2025

The Bar-Ka-Koo Ultra & Relay 2025 takes place on November 22, 2025, offering a challenging 55 km trail run comprised of five 11 km loops around Chickakoo Lake Recreation Area. The course features 75% technical single-track and 25% Nordic ski trails, with a 10-hour cutoff and a mandatory completion of the fourth loop by 8:00 pm.

Runners are required to be self-supported due to minimal course marking. All finishers receive a medal and event-branded swag. Proceeds support Little Warriors, a Canadian charity focused on child sexual abuse awareness and prevention.
