Join us for the third event in the 5 Peaks Trail Running Series on the scenic trails of Bowmont Park in northwest Calgary. Overlooking the beautiful Bow River, Bowmont Park offers a singletrack-focused route that will challenge runners with punchy climbs and fast descents. The reward? Beautiful Bow River valley and city skyline views. Distances for all ages, abilities, and ambitions.

- No dogs, headphones, strollers, or Nordic poles allowed on course
- Washrooms available at Start/Finish
- Spectators welcome, with best viewing at Start/Finish
- Limited parking; carpooling encouraged
- Awards for top three finishers by gender and age category per distance
- Event is cup-free; bring reusable cups or containers
