The Summerfast 10K is a BC Athletics-sanctioned race organized by the Vancouver Falcons Athletic Club (VFAC). Enjoy a scenic, flat, and fast 10 km run along the iconic Stanley Park Seawall, followed by a post-race brunch featuring home-baked goods, fresh fruit, and Starbucks coffee.

The race includes a team challenge sponsored by Freehouse Collective, providing exciting prizes for the winning crew, making it a vibrant community event.

* Start adjacent to Ceperley Playground, east of Stanley Park Drive on the bike path * Scenic, flat, fast route around Stanley Park Seawall * Course loops south side of Lost Lagoon, under West Georgia Street, brief loop in Coal Harbour * Counter-clockwise direction on the Seawall * Water stations at 2.5 km, 5 km, and 8 km * Toilets at start/finish, 5 km, and 8.5 km * Parking available in Stanley Park * Public transit access by #19 and #250 buses, Beach Avenue bike lane for cyclists * Surface: paved road (Seawall path)
