2025 Sneakers & Strays

The Sneaker & Strays event is an annual fun-run organized by the Humane Animal Rescue Team (hart) to raise funds and awareness for rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming stray and abandoned dogs. Participants can run or walk alongside their furry companions through Edmonton's River Valley.

The event includes post-race activities such as complimentary beverages, snacks, hart merchandise, and sponsor booths.

- 3km walk and 5km run courses available
- Course surface: Road
- Routes run through Edmonton's scenic River Valley
- Event takes place rain, shine, or smoke
- Participants may join with or without dogs
