The Inter Pipeline Fort McMurray Marathon is an annual community event held every fall in Fort McMurray, Alberta. It offers six race distances, including the full marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, 3K, and a Kid’s Fun Run. The event features live music, food, prizes, family-friendly activities, and a "Run for a Reason" charity fundraising program that supports local non-profits.

The marathon course is certified, allowing finish times to qualify for elite races like Boston and New York Marathons. Registration opens May 1, 2025, and all races are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-deferrable. Walkers are welcome with precautions on the marathon distance.
