The Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race (MOMAR) is a challenging endurance event held in Cumberland, British Columbia. Course Details
- Mixed race surfaces including trail trekking, single-track mountain biking, and paddling sections
- Course route and order of stages are secret until race day to test navigation skills
- Some biking sections flagged; other segments require full self-navigation using maps
- Mandatory gear includes whistle, emergency blanket or large garbage bag, 1L water capacity, and extra long-sleeve synthetic shirt
- Enduro 50K and Sport 30K also require boat, life jacket, certified bike helmet, and a mountain bike in good condition
- New for 2025: Quest 20K category (5K paddle, 15K trek, no mountain biking)
