The 2026 ENDURrun Sport 80 KM runs August 9–16, 2026 out of Conestogo, Ontario and is presented by an experienced race committee in its fourth year. The event brings together regional volunteers and partners, and uses local parks and trails across Waterloo Region for a compact, week-long stage series designed for committed runners looking for variety without the commitment of the 160 KM Ultimate.
The Sport 80 KM is eight days and eight stages totaling 80 kilometres. There is a short Stage 0 social and kit pickup on Saturday evening (August 8) at 2 Weberlyn Crescent in Conestogo, then eight competition stages: Stage 1 (10K, RIM Park, two loops), Stage 2 (7.5K time trial, Riverbluffs Park, out-and-back), Stage 3 (5K cross-country, Shade's Mills, one loop), Stage 4 (10K cross-country, Shade's Mills, two loops), Stage 5 (5-mile hill run on the Walter Bean Trail, two loops), Stage 6 (13.4K technical trail at Baden Hills, five loops), Stage 7 (5K track race at St. David CSS, 12.5 laps in heats) and Stage 8 (half marathon at RIM Park, three loops). Start times alternate between mornings and evenings and include a time-trial format and seeded track heats.
What sets ENDURrun Sport apart is the mix: road, cross-country, technical singletrack and track racing across a single week so athletes test different skills without self-supported logistics. All participants receive an ENDURrun technical T-shirt and all finishers earn the Sport 80 KM finisher’s medal. The race supplies fluid stations (Gatorade and water) on course, limited post-race refreshments after each stage, leader bibs for cumulative leaders and a small capped field to keep the event community-focused. It also serves as a practical tune-up for runners eyeing the 160 KM Ultimate.
Registration is open with a field cap of 75; entries are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-deferrable. Alumni of previous ENDURrun events can use promo code ERALUMNI for a discount; check registration windows for current pricing.
