The Stouffville Main Street 5k takes place on June 21, 2026 in Whitchurch‑Stouffville, Ontario. Organized by the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, this is the fourth annual running of the community 5K held on Father’s Day weekend. The event brings local families, clubs and neighbourhood walkers together to support health care close to home.

The event is a single-distance 5K open to walkers and runners. Race day begins at 8:30 a.m. with a start and finish at Stouffville Memorial Park; participants follow a route along Main Street through Whitchurch‑Stouffville’s downtown. The format encourages casual participation — runners, families and groups are all welcome to walk, run or stroll the course.
