The Santa Shuffle began 34 years ago in Edmonton, Alberta, to fundraise for local Salvation Army initiatives when Running Room members used their passion for running to support the less fortunate. In 2001, it grew into a national event with locations across every Canadian province.

In Regina, the event offers a festive 5K Fun Run and a 1K Elf Walk suitable for all ages and skill levels, encouraging participants to wear holiday attire and enjoy a fun community atmosphere.
