Lines and Loops is a trail race celebrating 31 years of conservation and the legacy of the late artist Harold Town. Held on the scenic trails of Harold Town Conservation Area just outside Peterborough, Ontario, this event offers multiple distances including a 6K lap, an 18K challenge, and a 30K race.
Runners receive a plantable, handcrafted biodegradable medal embedded with indigenous wildflower seeds, and for every entry, a tree is planted to give back to the trails. The race emphasizes environmental sustainability and community involvement, supported by Wild Rock and Runner’s Life.
