The Ghastly Gorge Grind is an annual trail running event held in Wentworth, Nova Scotia. The 2025 edition features two race distances: an approximately 8-kilometer loop and a 16-kilometer course. Both routes start and finish near the Barn at Ski Wentworth and include challenging hills, beautiful single-track trails, and over 700 meters of vertical gain.

Participants will experience scenic spots like waterfalls and the Ghastly Gorge/Crazy Creek area. Proceeds from the event support the local food bank and the Old School House heritage building in Wentworth.
