The Bootstrap Boogie is an annual trail race held at the Irving Nature Park in Saint John, New Brunswick. The event features 9 km and 17 km trail races that take you through scenic single-track trails, beach runs, dirt roads, and boardwalks over marshes and forests, offering some of the most beautiful coastal views in the Maritimes.

Cash prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers, making this event both competitive and rewarding for trail running enthusiasts.

• 9 km route starts at Sheldon Point Trail parking lot/field; includes Sheldon Point Trail, beach run, dirt road, with one aid station at Irving Nature Park parking lot (~4.5 km)
• 17 km route follows the 9 km course plus an additional Coastal Loop including boardwalks and Frog Trail
• Aid stations accessible at approximately 4.5 km and 12.5 km on the 17 km route
