* 30K course starts at Simcoe St E, just east of John St N * Mix of flat sections and rolling hills, including the challenging Valley Inn Hill around 26K * Finish line near LiUNA Station * Road surface throughout * Aid stations equipped with water and portable toilets roughly every 5K * 30K runners must finish within 4.5 hours with cutoffs at 15K and 20K
