Course Details
The Run for Water Trail Race courses traverse the rugged, technical single-track trails of Sumas Mountain. Runners encounter roots, rocks, mud, and sections typical of the local rainforest. The 10K features approximately 450 meters of elevation gain, the 25K about 1,300 meters, and the 50K a challenging 2,600 meters. The routes offer panoramic views of the Fraser River and Fraser Valley, with aid stations positioned along the way. The event is cupless, so participants must carry their own hydration systems.
