The 2026 Beneva Mississauga Marathon is a flagship spring running event in the Greater Toronto Area, attracting runners from across Canada and beyond. Since 2023, Beneva has served as the title sponsor, bringing renewed energy and support to the event.

Course Details
The marathon (42.2K) is a point-to-point, net downhill road course starting at Celebration Square and finishing near Lake Ontario. Runners traverse city streets, cross the Credit River, pass through the University of Toronto Mississauga campus, and run through neighborhoods like Mississauga Road and Port Credit. The course is certified for Boston qualification and features a mix of gentle descents and flat sections, making it conducive to fast times.
The half marathon (21.1K) is a looped, closed road course starting and finishing at Celebration Square, with fewer tight turns and additional kilometers on the scenic, tree-lined Mississauga Road. The 10K and 5K courses are flat and fast, ideal for personal bests, and also start and finish at Celebration Square. The Tims Trot (750m) is a short, fun run for children, looping around City Hall and finishing under the main arch at Celebration Square.
