The 2025 Coteau Beach Canada Day Family 5K is a community-oriented event running from June 28 to July 1, 2025. Participants can run, jog, or walk the 5K at their own pace on a suggested route within the Coteau Beach community or anywhere they choose, encouraging family and friends to join and promoting health and community spirit.

All proceeds support children's programs at Coteau Beach. Participants are encouraged to finish the 5K before the evening of July 1 and to send a photo of themselves and their group to receive medals.

* Participants choose to run on roads or trails within the community * Suggested route provided prior to the event via email * 5 kilometers corresponds to approximately 6,562 steps for those without tracking devices * No official aid stations or marked course; run at own pace and location * Finish and submit race photo by July 1 evening to receive medals
